LAURUSFutures and options, read through flow Join on Whop

A community built to learn professional trading, scale your capital and trade with consistency.

We trade futures and options using options flow, dealer positioning and order flow. The levels and the game plan go out before New York opens, and then every session is traded live on stream, in front of the community.

Membership and billing run through Whop. Access is to a private Discord.

What it is

Most intraday moves don’t happen in a vacuum. Large options flow tells you where money is being positioned. Dealer hedging around those strikes tells you where price is likely to react. Order flow tells you whether that pressure is actually arriving when price gets there.

This community is one read of the market built from those three lenses, applied to index futures, 0DTE options and liquid single names. It is a process you learn and reproduce yourself, taught by someone trading it live every day, not a signal service.

What you get

Daily levels and game plan
Every morning before the New York session: the GEX levels for the day and the game plan built on them, posted to Discord so you can prepare before the open.
Live-streamed sessions
Every trading session is streamed live and traded with real positions, using dealer positioning tools and order flow. You see the read, the entry, the management and the mistakes as they happen.
One-to-one coaching
Everyone is taught individually on calls: where you are, what is breaking in your trading, and what to work on next.
Lessons between sessions
Live-streamed lessons on specific topics outside market hours: how to find an edge, how to trade options, how to read positioning and flow, how to scale your capital as your account grows.

Fit

Good fit

  • You want to learn to trade futures and options properly, whether you are starting out or already trading.
  • You would rather understand why a level matters than be told to buy it.
  • You want to be taught, not sold to.

Not a fit

  • You want entries and exits called for you.
  • You are looking for a promised return.
  • You want a quick result rather than a skill you keep.

Why this exists

The trading space is full of people selling screenshots and calling themselves mentors. Most of them don’t trade, and the ones who do won’t show you.

This community is built to be the opposite of that: a small, close group where the trading happens live and in public, where every member is taught personally, and where the only measure that matters is whether people actually build a real edge and become profitable traders.

Manifesto

I, elq, have traded different assets ranging from crypto to commodities since 2018, and futures since 2024. Like many of you, I’ve spent countless thousands of euros on meaningless mentorships, promising a lot and delivering little.

I’ve been in dozens of communities with hundreds of promises, never getting the results I knew were possible in trading. With mentors who either didn’t have the time to teach individually or the right knowledge to give.

And that is exactly how Laurus was born. I got tired of everything the “trading education” space had to offer. The way everyone tries to sell before they try to give value. In Laurus, every single member counts. I give my time to every individual, answer every question they have, and together we find a solution to any problem they might have.

My goal is not to make the biggest trading community, but the tightest one with the biggest success rate.

I always aim to underpromise and overdeliver, and that is why everyone who has joined my community has stayed.

Unlike other trading communities, the slots for Laurus are not unlimited. If they were, I couldn’t give everyone the time and effort I want to give them individually. This is why we only take members in limited intakes, so the community never fills up with more people than I can give my full effort to.

The reason I give every individual my time and make sure they become professional traders is that the end goal of Laurus is much bigger than a trading community on Discord. One day, the goal is to start a hedge fund, or a traditional prop firm trading the firm’s own capital. For that I need many skilled traders with the same mindset and approach as mine, which is why I want to make sure every single member becomes the best trader they can be.

Hope to see you inside Laurus.

Sincerely,
elq

Principles

What this community believes about trading, and the rules it holds itself to. If any of this reads as wrong to you, this probably isn’t the right room.

Structure before prediction.

Nobody knows what the day will do, and the plan doesn’t depend on knowing. It depends on knowing where the market is likely to react, and on having decided in advance what to do at each of those places.

A scenario is not a forecast. It is a branch, with the conditions that would confirm it and the conditions that would kill it.

Positioning is the context. Flow is the confirmation.

Options flow shows where money is being placed. Dealer hedging around those strikes shapes how price behaves between them, which explains why a level matters, not whether it will hold today. Order flow answers that second question in real time.

One lens on its own is a story. Three together are a read.

If it can’t be checked later, it isn’t published.

The levels and the game plan are posted before the open. The session is then traded live against that plan, and afterwards what happened gets compared with what was written down, in the open.

Being wrong in public is the cost of being honest. It is also most of the education.

Risk is the only thing you control.

Where the trade is wrong is decided before the entry, not after. Size is set so that being wrong several times in a row is survivable and uninteresting. Everything else about the outcome belongs to the market.

Fewer decisions, made better.

Most of a session is waiting. The work is done before the open; the session is for executing it or standing aside. There are no calls, no screenshots of wins, and no pressure to be in a trade because other people are.

Live, or it doesn’t count.

Anyone can post a screenshot after the fact. Here the trades are taken on stream, with real positions, while the community watches, including the ones that lose. In a space full of fake mentors, that is the only kind of proof that means anything.

Small and close on purpose.

This is not a channel with ten thousand lurkers. Everyone is taught individually, everyone is known, and the goal for each person is the same: an edge of your own and an account that grows, not a membership you forget to cancel.

The process is the product.

You are not paying for someone else’s trades. You are paying for a way of reading the market that you can reproduce yourself, in any instrument, with your own tools, after you leave.
